Hi Friends and Family!

So a friend from high school came to the hospital after Lila was born and then to my mom's last Friday to capture some beautiful pics of Lila. They are AMAZING! There are quite a few - pics from Friday first, then pictures from the hospital after those are done. To check them out follow these simple steps:

1. Go to http://www.edithphotography.com/
2. Once on the page, click on "Clients" up on the top left.
3. Click on the first box on the left, "Lila". There is no picture by it, only what look likes a lock.
4. The password is LILA0530 (make sure LILA is in all capital letters)
5. Once in, either view the slide show, or you can look at the pics using the buttons on the left.
6. Enjoy!

Happy Father's Day & 3 week birthday!

Happy Father's Day! We had an exhausting day to say the least. Lila celebrated Father's Day by going to her first Cubs game! Mike went and squeezed in a round of golf before the game with his dad and Matt, then we all met in the sky box. We had a lot of fun and are all pretty tired from all of the excitement today.

My first wedding (as a crasher)

Last night, Mommy, Daddy, Hope, and I went to Alex Biardo's wedding. Even though we weren't invited, we wanted to check out the ceremony. Originally it was supposed to be outside, but since it rained it got moved indoors. We hid in back and watched. Auntie M came and got me after the ceremony to show me off. We left shortly after the ceremony was over and we visited with some friends. Luckily, we made it home before I had a huge poop, and needed a costume change!

Yoga Baby

I think that my pre natal yoga paid off... Lila really has mastered her Bound Ankle Pose. She loves to sit with her legs like this! :)

I'm ready for my close up!

Today was a big, busy day. Lila and I went to school this morning for the last day so that Lila could meet my class. It was a little bit of a challenge to get out the door in a timely fashion, thankfully Mimi B was able to help me out a bit. After spending the morning at Field, Lila sleeping the ENTIRE time, we came home for her 2nd photo shoot. Edith Drew, who took pictures in the hospital too, came by to take some more pictures of Lila. We had a blast this afternoon and the pictures above are from my mom's camera. Edith said hopefully hers (she took a TON) will be online by the end of the weekend. We are SO excited! We also took a field trip to the new house to check out the painting, which should be finished tomorrow. We also have a floor guy coming next week to "clean up" the beautiful hardwood. Hopefully we'll start moving stuff in next weekend and be in the new house before the 3rd of July! Enjoy the pictures and as soon as I get the link from Edith, I'll pass it along!

I found my thumb!

I know it's hard to tell, but today I found my thumb! I was playing with my hand while I was sleeping and low and behold I found my thumb and started sucking it, just like my mom used to do! I've been sleeping all day, which is making mommy nervous since I slept so well last night. She's a little nervous that I might not have as good of a night. Nana Julie came and held me all afternoon while I napped. I was in heaven with all of the sleeping and cuddling!
